Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer an easy 10-day exchange and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

How to Exchange or Get a Refund?

  • Send your package back to our store using any courier service.
  • Place a note inside the package with your name and contact number (the same as in your order).
  • Once we receive your package, we will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to process the exchange or refund.
  • If exchanging, we will send you a new package with a trackable tracking number.
  • If requesting a refund, the amount will be transferred to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are non-refundable, but you can exchange them with any other item.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition with tags.
  • Used or washed items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or claimed for repair.
  • When returning, place the shoebox inside a flyer or shopping bag to avoid damage.

Defective Product Claims

  • We carefully inspect every order before dispatch.
  • If you receive a defective item, inform us within 2 days of receiving it.
  • The same 10-day exchange/refund policy applies in this case.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges of Rs. 150 apply to every order.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of a refund.

Refund Policy Limitations

  • Refunds apply only to online purchases. Items bought from our physical store are not refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds are processed on a daily basis.
