Delivery Information

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days in major cities of Pakistan. For rural areas, delivery may take 3-5 working days.

Order Processing

We process orders 7 days a week, ensuring a quick dispatch to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• If we are unable to contact you (due to a powered-off phone or no response), we will hold your order.
• If we do not receive a response after three call attempts, your order will be canceled.
• Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery Charges

A standard delivery fee of PKR 150 applies to all orders.

Delivery During Promotions

During sales and promotions, due to high demand, deliveries may take 4-5 working days. We appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking

If you need an update on your order status, please contact us via WhatsApp or call.

Undelivered Orders

Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming. If a parcel is returned due to customer negligence, your next order may be placed on hold until we receive full confirmation.
